      Pros

      You can learn useful things using their Learn at work programs and you even get the chance to go abroad in order to get more experience on the process you are hired for.

      Cons

      Their pay is one of the worst and you have a lot of bosses that give orders and if you listen to one of them and you do it wrong by the others manager oppinion you are the one responsible and not the one that gave you the order plus the upper management is really poor in my oppinion,
