      1) No big pressure 2) Colleagues helpful 3) Decent work life balance 4) Senior management are approachable 5) Variety of work

      1) Treat employees as liability - allways finding reasons to cut employee facilities. 2) Horrible salaries 3) Senior manager insensitive about the conditions of employees 4) Promise some thing in the offer letter but it turns out something else

      1. Good place for beginner. 2. Some very good and talented managers . 3. Flexible work options. 4. Good learning opportunities.

      Cons

      1. Salary Below par. 2. Salary Increments are laughable. 3. Org level activities (Conducting Trainings etc) count more than actual contribution to your project! 4. Chances of promotion are directly proportional to "Visibility" rather than performance. 3. Lot of Politics 4. Dont care or listen to the employees.
