•Very competitive and fair pay. •Lots of opportunity for growth. •Management that trains you well and cares about your overall well being. •You have the ability to voice your thoughts no matter your rank. •Corporate clearly cares about the employees and job sites as they come to sites to visit. •Many many other good things to say.

Cons

Not really any cons except that the benefits are limited and take a while to kick in. Management seems unorganized but really has a lot on their plates and Genric is the best Security company I have worked for.
