Cons
- The only con ( if you can consider it a con) is not due to Genric. The unemployment rate is at an all time low and therefore recruiting and filling open positions has been quite a challenge.
Having to work 12 to 15 hours a day with only a 30 min lunch for 5 or 6 days unless you are a smoker you can have as many breaks as you need. You are forced to work your days off because no one else will come in on there days off. so they make the last one who answers there phone to come in by telling them if they don't it will be there job. The company that was there before this one lied to us but did not treat us like slaves
