- Incredible projects and clients - Endless learning opportunities - Global company with offices around the world and colleagues to connect with, learn from, and work with around the globe

Cons

- Hyper focus on productivity and documenting time in archaic time sheet system - Lack of transparency around management decisions & disconnect of management with employee experience - Limited support around working remote

Great people who make it a fun environment. A lot of talented people who come here to be the best in corporate design.

Cons

Sometimes long hours and politics rule every single aspect. Firm is extremely money driven and doesn't care about employee happiness if it means spending a few extra dollars.

Fantastic resources, a global approach, and wonderful from a macro view. Yes, there will always a few people who have terrible attitudes, but that is not unique to any one workplace.

Cons

The experience of Gensler is overall positive, but the studio/team you are in will make or break your experience. If you have a great team, you will grow and advance quickly; if your team doesn't support you, your best choice might be to leave and pursue a workplace that values you.
