Pros

Exposure to great design thinking, interesting projects for cool clients.

Cons

Same exposure is exclusive. Favoritism is rampant. Growth can be limited and hyper competitive. It’s a worthwhile skill and resume builder, but know when to move on.

Pros

Great resources and opportunities for self-starters. Some offices have different politics but it is expected in corporate environment - if you're in the right office, politic is minimal and hierarchy is pretty flat.

Cons

Larger size offices can be highly political but at the same time provides an opportunity for the fittest to survive, thrive, and suceed.
