Pros

Probably the most supportive group of colleagues I've ever worked with. The global network growth potential is exponential, and the seamless access to professionals in any office around the world is unrivaled. There are inspiring work share-outs, great benefits, plenty of learning opportunities, lots of socials, and good flexibility for working from home when handling personal appointments.

Cons

The project workload is relentless and structurally unsustainable. Projects appear to be staffed on the explicit assumption that employees will work extra hours to get things over the line, pointing to a severe lack of long-term resourcing. The complete erosion of boundaries around work-life balance quickly leads to burnout. When 6 to 8 hours of the day are consumed entirely by project meetings, you are still expected to deliver, manage, and coordinate outside of those hours. It leaves zero time to actually engage with the positive aspects of the company culture.

Pros

Prívate insurance 15 min massages per Month

Cons

* No remote work flexibility * Micromanagement * Limited leadership engagement and approachability – Senior leaders rarely interact with local employees, and communication tends to occur only when engaging with visitors or colleagues from other offices. * Lack of inclusive leadership culture – There are limited opportunities for meaningful interaction, recognition, and open communication between leadership and staff.
