Design Excellence for Our Clients: I came to Gensler for design-excellence and not because I'm a designer, per se, but because I believe in partnership - in the process and in transparent dialogue with the client / team -plus the power of design and how the quality of our work can impact others - the users, the community, and our climate - for the better. The opportunities: they have been limitless.

Cons
