You have the benefit of having Gensler on your resume

Cons

They expect you to chase the studio directors around like toddlers. You have to act as an EA without EA pay. There is a very clear class system at work here and they let administrative staff know they’re at the bottom. Any small mistake will get you terminated in these roles. They Pavlov the architects who mind you, can be working till midnight, with the smallest and most bs incentives

Employees understand well about one-firm firm policy, and everyone on local and global level is supportive to each other.

Cons

I can see lots of people working around the clock and I sometimes worry if they have work / life balance.
