      Pros

      The pay and mileage reimbursement adds up pretty well.

      Cons

      The hours of having to wake up to see your first patient is too early, around 5am.

      Pros

      At first, the company appears to be a great place to work... It's all an illusion!!! Upper management allows individual branches to ignore negligent patient care, insubordinate employees and employee harassment.

      Cons

      No accountability for employees, absolutely no work-life balance because management expects nurses to see a double patient load and take call constantly with no comp time and no gratitude for going above and beyond for hospice patients.

      You receive a paycheck and benefits.

      Cons

      Too numerous to name. “Senior” leadership is clueless. I hope the Humana merger improves the leadership team. No compassion for families and patients we take care of. Good luck if you are a credible rep. If hospice is your passion, RUN.
