There are no PROS at this company.

Cons

No Work/Home life balance, constant staff turn over, inexperienced employees hired without any training or very minimal training, leadership unavailable most of the time or responds in an untimely manor. Company not always staffed to provide the advertised services, not consistent with policies or procedures. They have a whole lot of chiefs with great ideas, but no staff to implement or follow through with the regional managers ideas. If I had needed hospice care for one of my own family members this company would not have been the providers that I would have chosen.

There are no pro’s unfortunately. They pay a good salary, but insurance is expensive. They offer flexibility with scheduling but they work you more than 40 hours a week.

Cons

Bad management. No training protocol. Experienced nurses employed cannot be trusted not to take advantage of new orienting nurses. High turn over equaling never a fully functioning staff on board. Management will not take responsibility for anything. They have excuses for everything.
