Pros

No micromanaging, in charge of own scheduling, very easy medical director to work with. Corporate offices respond within one to two business days.

Cons

Cliques, dishonesty, gossip, overworked, overwhelming caseloads, no training. Brush important issues under the rug- retaliation, Unprofessional, bullying. Work 60-70 hrs a week on salary pay with no raise or bonuses. Under appreciated. Impossible job if a person has a home life.

Lovely residents and administration. It was a good job with good pay. Co-workers felt like family. Always provided with enough supplies to complete care.

Cons

Cloth pads and diapers are hard to work with. Some resident were combative at times. Day shift is hard to get on.

Somewhat flexible with schedule. Love the people I work with for the most part. Being able to take care of our patients

Cons

Management is sneaky and greedy and we are not valued what so ever as employees!!!!! The turnover is like nothing I have ever seen and you quickly realize why after becoming an employee. You can be replaced without even knowing there were any issues!
