Communication lacking between corporate office and out stations.

ZERO work life balance. HUGE staff turnover, work at least 60-80 hours week (often more) while only getting paid salary for 40 hours. Constantly on call, out all night and no days off to compensate for spending multiple days and weekends each month on call, along with holidays. Nothing like promised in interview, where a rosy picture was painted. Very rare for RN's to stay as long as one year due to constant burn out. This company is a revolving door as the majority of reviews indicate. Save your sanity and keep looking, don't let Curo run you into the ground.
