      Large corporation, if you like that

      Cons

      They don’t care about the patients they serve, it’s ALL about the money! They nickel and dime EVERYTHING! You have to have God’s permission to cover higher cost medications They run the good employees off Their HR dept is horrendous Their executives are equally bad if not worse They only allow a certain $ amount of supplies per week No work life balance

      Flexible work schedule , good pay, room To move up in company

      Cons

      Rotating over night on call, frequently asked to fill in on shifts throughout week over night and weekends . Only one on call nurse over night so high chance of getting called. Insurance is horrible. You will get call on days off and vacations by pts and management never fails.
