Difficult to be "positive" when everyone sits in the boss's office 5 out of the 8 hour day, laughing at their vulgar stories, vaping it up, and not having to work unrealistic expectations. Nepotism is key. If you're slightly awkward, introverted, or otherwise then just stay away. Wish I had.
