Ok where do I begin? First of all beware all of you job seekers! Management will NOT disclose working conditions and the job description you will sign will CHANGE. And I'm not talking changes like fill out this new form or a change in a policy here and there. I'm talking about MAJOR changes and expectations about being on call, horrendous working hours and patient loads. All of the reasons you would take a job to begin with will not remain the same a month out from hire with this company. Get ready for management who do not truly care for their employees. You are just a number and the entire focus of this company is on getting a higher patient census regardless whether or not they have the staff to Care for them! Bottom line is management will NOT help or get in the field when short staffed. Staff is responsible and do not get compensated for extra time worked. The on call pay is the worst I have ever heard of from any company. This company services a 50 mile radius but again beware! You will be on the road from one end to the next and back again!! Upper management at the corporate level comes in to find out the scoop from employees and issues you have with management in "confidence" then betray you and tell management everything you may have said. Then corporate leaves and the office is left in shambles and friction among coworkers. This is probably the most awful working environment ever. Serious issues here- everyday there is a new posting for clinical director in other offices- something is going on here- I do not see this company doing well.
