There is a great deal of compassion for the clients that Southerncare serves. I have served the company soon to be going into my 7th year.

Cons

Serving in my first position with the company there was not someone who I would consider qualified to provide experienced direction. Although there was support, in many cases it lacked. I understand since I have left that position I understand there has been pier mentoring program developed. In my current position there are a lot of hours one is expected to work without any comp time or addtional pay.
