      Obscenely unrealistic scope of work combined with below regional competitors' salaries, along with measely benefits; no longer client-centered; ineffective, uncaring leadership. Dreadful software and IT sub-contractor. When private equity invades healthcare, it's an impersonal numbers game where profits take precedence over compassionate patient care.

      We have some of the best people working our team. We take care of each other so we can care for our patients. Management (local) listens.

      Can be depressing. 365 days a year. Raises are slow.

      Flexibility. Amazing nurses/social workers/chaplains, Great doctors. No weekend on call.

      Cons

      Management not helpful, very critical of nurses. Management very negative, with no positive feedback or support for nurses. Management barking orders and fail to discuss issues with nurses prior to disciplinary action. Large caseload with no assistance. Low pay. No room for growth.
