love the local branch office! Very family oriented and supportive!
Cons
but the corporation has restructured the staffing matrix and responsibilities of the field staff as well as deciding to forgo annual merit raises until 2025. This is very frustrating because the admin will still get quarterly bonuses while leaving the staff, who actually perform the daily assignments and patient care, without raises.
