      it is a for profit company, every new manager is the same. they talk down to us and promise the world, then drop the ball, leave or are just plain incompetent.

      They welcomed me with open arms.

      Cons

      I worked 24/7 for at least 6 months due to staffing issues. My role expectations were that I would work 40 hours a week and be on call every other weekend. In that six month timeframe I could not take time off because there was no one to fill in for me and because I wanted to make sure the patients were cared for. I was severed from my job because of low census.
