Profits over people. Avoid this company.

Gentiva took over our company and immediately began making changes. After promising they wanted us to stay the same… they quickly started limited patient resources strictly to absurd amounts such as one pack of adult briefs per week which is unethical. Then the terminations began. It started with management and quickly worked down the ladder. Terminations were done as under the table as possible to prevent panic. The people being kept are usually the most junior/ inexperienced and are therefore the cheapest to keep around.
