Pros

Even with all the changes that have taken place, Genworth is still a good place to work. Management wants to see the employees grow and succeed, right along with the company. Cross-training and co-jobbing are utilized to help expand knowledge, create surge resources and challenge employees.

Cons

Under our current conditions, the impact on day to day morale has been tough. While management has done a good job trying to keep people informed, they can’t tell us what they don’t know, which is exactly what is going to happen next. While uncertainly exist in almost all business environments, this constant and present anxiety over the fear of the unknown takes a toll, regardless.
