Pros
The work is non-stressful, production goals are reasonable, and you can work independently knowing what will be on your task list for the next day
Cons
There are a lot of childish cliques who know they shouldn't be in an office setting-these people make it difficult for the more mature and intelligent staff who appreciate the job and happen to be really good at what they do. If you are desperate enough to buy your friends and be apart of the childishness this is a job for you. If you are intelligent hard working and independent you will not last long, the numbers against you will be too high for you to maintain as they will unnecessarily disrupt your workflow
