      Decent internship experience

      Pros

      Very team-oriented culture. Strong leadership team whose impact is felt all throughout organization. Lots of social events for interns, as well as final presentations. Good way to get exposure to corporate life.

      Cons

      Company itself may not be very strong... Stock price is very volatile. Layoffs during internship. Lack of cross-department camaraderie. Workforce doesn't always respond as well to health initiatives as Genworth seems to think.

      Pros

      My Directors and Senior Leader care about their employees and strive to build a positive environment. Employees are encouraged to share their ideas and are appropriately recognized for improvement ideas and performance. My favorite part of my job is definitely the quality people I work with.

      Cons

      The compensation is not great compared to other corporate companies. Layoffs also tend to happen every two to three years causing employee moral to decrease and become untrusting. Good talent leaves because of the uncertainty and pay.

      Pros

      Compared to my previous job, Genworth has a better company culture. I feel happy to work here although the company is going through a tough time now. People are quite confident that the company is still solid.

      I have not seen any yet. I will add them when I find any.
