      Pros

      Genworth was such a wonderful place to work as it was a huge part of my life. I basically grew up there. The best years however were the First Colony, GE Financial and maybe the first 5 years of becoming Genworth.

      Cons

      The last few years have not been as wonderful as the previous years. There have been some young "leaders" that I do not believe possess the necessary leadership skills for the certain department that I was in. One particular leader would hire/promote others if they were either personal friends, or if they belonged to his particular clique. I would go as far as saying "cult-like" following.
