      Pros

      Opportunities for career growth if you are motivated and work hard. There is a renewed focus on company culture and experience.

      Cons

      Many changes over the past 5 or so years, including reorgs and layoffs. Heavy reliance on contractors in IT.

      Pros

      Competitive pay and personal time allowed (at least on paper but don't expect to actually get the time).

      Cons

      Competency is not rewarded. Don't expect to advance based on performance. You need to get in with the right people. Also you need to "drink the cool aid" and never express opinions that contradict those of the senior staff. In other words, you need to be a "yes man" to have any chance of advancing in this environment.

      Not sure what sales was trying to do

      Pros

      Good product, great support, can earn a lot in commissions. I really enjoyed the other salespeople and learned a lot from them.

      Cons

      Weird incentives. Are they trying to sell Long Term Care insurance or not? Incentives seem to favor brand new agents. Incentives decrease with seniority. When I was there the sales training was based on creating fear in the client. Manager was incorrect about factual matters about half of the time.
