Excellent work environment. Good compensation and benefits. Great people who are passionate about the business and enthusiastic about what they do Interesting market challenges ahead driving informational change

Cons

Can be silos that at times inhibits cross function collaboration. Looking to address as part of on-going culture change efforts Smaller organisation in Australia so less career opportunities. Having said that there is a lot of internal movement when there are opportunties
