      Important work, unsure future

      Pros

      Lots of talented employees, and mid-level management. Great benefits package, including time off and insurance. Mid level management is very understanding and helpful. Being able to help people utilize insurance benefits makes your work important. Good relationship with the community.

      Cons

      Morale is really lagging because of the volitale environment. Senior leaders seem unsure of the right path to turn the business around. Because of all of this, there aren't many opportunities for advancement.

      Inconsistent Strategy

      There was a real imperative for growth in new markets at the beginning of the assignment

      Cons

      Unfortunately other issues within the business triggered a change in strategy for the business and the decision was made to scale right back after only a short period of time. Demonstrating an inconsistent approach to strategic growth.
