Pros

Genworth offers many volunteer opportunities and tries to be a good corporate citizen Health and wellness are promoted Compensation can be good but not uniformly generous

Cons

Sometimes the relationship between Genworth and its data center causes difficulties IT staff sometimes get very overworked Conflict between teams can occur Not much opportunity to learn and apply new skills as training is pretty haphazard

Pros

The products they offer and the Sales team in the Wealth Management side is great.

Cons

The management of the Service group is hard to work with and their leadership is very draconian.

Pros

Flexible work hours, as long as you can get the work done clocking in and out isn't required. New Opportunities come up all the time so there are new skills to be learned often and to help your carreer path. Management listens to my ideas and responds well. Good Overall Benefits Package

Cons

The Medical Benefit Choices are very limited. This is a company headquartered in the Eastern United States so there is no Kaiser for us here. Would like to have more choices for Medical Providers like Kaiser.
