Very responsive leadership - from the operational team to the clinical leaders. I've felt very supported and heard by the leaders at Geode. They take the time to pay attention to what the team has to say and make changes that make sense and are fair.

A lot of us feel heard here by leadership and feel a sense of peace and comfort knowing that the tough decisions made by leadership is for the betterment of us all to thrive here, I hope this never changes!

Cons

None so far! I agree that changes can happen in quickly, but so far it’s been for the betterment of the whole company.
