- Employees and the management team are deeply committed to Geode's mission - Fulfilling to support Geode clinicians who are having enormous impacts on the lives of patients and families every day - Providing quality clinical care is at the forefront of all decisions made at Geode - There is immense opportunity to grow your skillset at Geode and work with very talented and focused teammates - There is a collaborative and engaged culture amongst the Geode team - The Geode leadership team takes the Geode core values very seriously and centers them in both Geode's day-to-day operations and overall strategy

Cons

Geode continues to grow quickly and there are lots of new faces - if you are a fully remote employee in the support center, it can take some time to meet everyone

The Geode Health mission is genuinely felt across the org. There’s alignment between the core values and what people are asked to do, especially in patient‑facing roles. There's also incredible work-life balance and a respect for boundaries.

Cons

Rapid growth can cause growing pains as with any booming company. Luckily Geode has phenomenal leadership to help navigate this pressure!
