Pros
They say if you love what you do, you'll never "work" a day in your life. That is how I feel about Geode Health. I love my job and the people I work with are amazing. You can tell that the support staff, management, and providers actually care. Geode health is dedicated to quality patient care and they go above and beyond to provide this. The team work demonstrated proves that we work as one team to provide the best care for patients and each other. Management is wonderful about making sure that staff is taken care of and heard. They treat their employees wonderfully and equally. There is a great work/life balance here and compensation is fair. The company is amazing and I could go on and on about the pros of working here. Providers are passionate about their jobs and providing top notch patient care. Geode is a fast-growing company and I cannot wait to see all of the great things the company does to provide mental health care in communities across the US.
Cons
Being a newer company, there are a lot of changes taking place regularly. While it is understood that everything is done to ensure we are providing the best care for our patients, it may be more difficult for some to welcome so much change.
