As for benefits and bonuses, a bonus has never been guaranteed and should be used as an incentive. Our benefits package is reviewed each year and stays competitive with the current job market: offering company-paid health insurance to every employee, 20 days of PTO each year, and an extravagant end-of-year company holiday party, just to name a few. Lastly, management does their best to address all employee concerns, especially during the management Q&A held every few weeks during the weekly company-wide call.
