      Pros

      Geographic Solutions has proven to be an exciting company to work for. I've experienced tremendous personal and professoinal growth and expect that to continue. The company's products are employment related- providing solutions that help people find jobs is rewarding. The company is hungry for continued growth. Great benefit plan.

      Cons

      Fast moving company with unpredictable sales cycles makes planning a challenge. Can't be afraid of hard work.

      Great small company to work for

      Pros

      I have been at this company for a few years now and yes there are some challenges and hurdles that we have to deal with. But I work with really smart, driven teammates who understand that we are in the software business and in order to be successful, we have to all pull together for our efforts to work. For this size company, they offer excellent benefits and alot of nice perks, like bonuses, free lunches, parties.

      Cons

      the company has an aggressive timetable for product delivery and sometimes we never know what the immediate priority really is. Better communication between teams and management is needed.

      Pros

      Paid-time-off and teleworking are nice. There are many great people that work at the company. They do try to have company events...but who wants to be obligated to participate after working long hours?

      Cons

      Long hours, poor leadership and low pay just about sum it up. The effort the management puts forth to show appreciation comes across as insincere and forced.
