Pros

The support they give you from day 1 is incomparable! I have never had so much attention to welcoming me to a new company. The people are wonderful, welcoming and very helpful.

Cons

For someone that has become very used to working from home the one day a week required working at the office from a certain distance (I believe it is up to 50 or 75 miles away) is tough. My dog is very used to me being home with him. It is an adjustment.
