Dishonest management, a culture of blame, daily infighting between departments, one-up-manship, an archaic working culture, too many old men in positions of power, and a boring a environment to work in. The German workers seem to hold all of the positions of authority and see the rest of the employees as expendable pawns. HR are lazy, uninterested in what you have to say, often side step issues that they see as too much hassle, and have a really poor line of communication with the company´s employees. Added to this, GF has a very large staff turn over which is never a good sign.
