      JOIN THIS COMAPNY ONLY IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR CAREER. No growth opportunity. No proper HR policies. Zero employee benefits given. No insurance. Employees will work for minimum salary as there are less opportunities in this City. Management doesn't care about employees. You will find frustrated people with job. Lots of internal politics and favoritism. Minimum/ No yearly increment. Egoistic managers who does not do any work at all will keep fighting and gossiping amongst themselves.

      Good pay, good structure and processes, good for new career start or intro to mnc managemenr styles.

      Cons

      Rigid in decision making, rigid in processes, unperforming SBUs with MD level first to go. Crm tracking sales staff on monthly basis.. Margin control at too high level expecting commodity products to sell like high purity project products with same margin..downfall imminent for commodity product line as competitor will gradually catch up and improve and dominate.
