Big changes in the company leading to low morale and instability

it is an old and well established company, in the past it had a great focus on employee development, however, after the big acquisition of uponor the culture has radically shifted

Cons

it is passing a time of great instability; mass lay offs and disinvestments people were laid off without a solid plan projects are started and abandoned mid development there is no sense of security or direction
