      Strong leadership and company culture. Values driven organization. Competitive pay, advancement opportunities and benefits. Overall, positive experience working for a company that values people.

      Cons

      The location could be better. It is located near the Irvine Spectrum in an industrial area of Irvine. Lunch options are very limited. There is deli in the area that serves average sandwiches. Better food options would be ideal.
