If you are management you get away with alot - leaving when you want - working from home etc

Cons

If you are a general dogs body there is little room for progression - always feel like you are being watched - all they care about it sales sales sales - care more for your employees

So many. Terrible lying HR dept. Clueless inept management.The guy running Little Rock and Easton has no idea what he is doing! They say they are focused on quality...but they really don't care. If your a favorite of HR your fine...if not your out the door!
