      Upper management is good, middle management is bad

      Customer Service is all about cliques, total favoritism. Lots of people don't have any education, hence the mindset.

      Good Benefits and hard working employees "on-the-floor"... Multiple business segments around the world.

      Cons

      Upper Management doesn't get it. Their strategy in the United States is flawed and everyone is looking to increase their own personal value and not the company as a whole. Many sites have layoffs and employees are lied to.

      Pros

      Office culture is so kind and uplifting, compensation is excellent, and lot of potential in moving up. I have learned a great deal in marketing and I look forward to many more years with this company.

      Cons

      There is a lot of travelling across the United States which can be tiring.
