People, nothing else really. Salary is ok.

Cons

Constant transformation. You never know when is your last day at the office. Common sense has been lost in this company. Upper Management is really rude towards employees. If something goes wrong everybody is afraid to tell them because you never know are you fired after that. Stressful workplace of the constant change and it kills the motivation from everyone. Even the middle management is tired of this circus. Snakes will advance in this company and they disappear after 3-4 years. People who are loyal will not be rewarded.

Hard to participate as part of the team as an English speaker. When tried to negotiate salary, was asked "does my husband not make enough money?" and when dealing with serious illness to "manage my time better"
