The Portland Center Campus is full of hard-working, fun-loving people who participate, actively, in fulfilling the mission of knowing students and setting them up for a successful future.

Cons

The biannual review process is somewhat redundant and ineffectual. It eats up a lot of time for all involved and does not build on past reviews.

Caring co-workers who are all focused on the same goal...helping students succeed at college. Beautiful campus.

Cons

University salaries are always low compared to for profit employment. But enjoyment work life balance is often better then for profit jobs.
