Pay could be better and more competitive

If you are a minority not a place to work for growth just experience. I worked there for over 5 years, all while I worked there we had over two hundred employees working in the corporate office in Auburn Hills and at the height there were a total of 4 blacks employeed, and none of them were in SR leadership or even a manager. At the same time there were over 100 employees in the shop and there was one black who worked there and he was the janitor. As a black employee we were told to do certain things to advance and when we did the rules were changed. When I addressed concerns to Human resource department was told that if I didn’t like working there to just quit.
