Low wages, expected to work more hours, high turnover, bad management

- Massive staff turnover year in year out. This place churns employees like crazy - 2 year waiting time for retirement benefits, if you haven't worked in higher ed. for two years already - Many faculty treat staff like "the help" and look down on us - Many staff don't actually care, as many employees are hired solely on the basis of whether or not you think they will quit in a year - VERY shady things going on. You just need to look at how many times this school is sued to see that there are a lot of issues.
