      Great culture among the colleagues Definitely a focus on the student experience Many Opportunities for cross-experience if you have the initiative For my position, can leave work at work

      Communication from leadership to employees during the Pandemic was poor Termination, while due to budget issues caused by COVID, was swift with no transition Very fragmented between departments, causing a confusing and miscommunication for students.
