Cons
Not sure if she's still there, but the administrator was very strict and unforgiving. Everything had to be completely perfect, no points for 99% correct. I was very stressed there. She also got upset when she asked me to give her "honest feedback" of her performance and I didn't tell her any negatives, because 'I must have negative feedback that I wasn't sharing with her.' I did have negative feedback, but why would I feel comfortable telling her face to face? A, she was my boss; B, usually it was just us in the office, so talk about awkward. It was just strange. *Not putting the actual year I worked there because I imagine it would be somewhat easy to narrow down who wrote this review given they only have a handful of admin assistants each year
