George Washington University reviews

Working across units can be a challenge. It seems like while we all have the same goal of helping students, the collaboration and openness to new ideas and change is just not there. Also, for a higher education institution, the benefits are set up as if it is a corporation. Leave expires during some of the busiest academic times of the year (at most institutions I have worked, leave does not expire), parking is expensive, benefits aren't the best, etc. I have heard that this institution bleeds employees because they don't have great pay or the best HR policies to show employees they are valued.
