      Pros

      Small community, I had a nice boss (but that’s kind of a crap shoot)

      Cons

      Icu is so clicky. Incredibly insane staffing by any standards. Know they have a problem but don’t care to try to actually fix it… instead they are trying to go for magnet status right now which is an absolute joke. Very difficult to get anything done as they are truly in crisis.

      Most engineers are extremely talented, unfortunately stifled growth by higher ups.

      Management and culture are extremely toxic and will put you in therapy for years.

      Decent Benefits with Matching Retirement and Tuition Remission

      Cons

      Due to COVID-19 budget cuts, leadership cut 40% of their admin workforce and are still recovering from that loss. Many areas including facilities and IT support were cut the most or are now contracted out by 3rd-party companies, so the environment has changed substantially as well as reliability to get work done.
