I worked at GW for ten years before I just gave up. I actually could no longer afford to work there, monetarily and emotionally! GW's culture is to stretch employees to the limit with duties but to never promote or increase pay. In fact, you should be honored to to have the privilege of completing senior admin level work while receiving entry level salary. I pretty much had to threaten to leave in order to get my last salary increase. GW is also sorely dated when it comes to teleworking--a large wave of employees have left because they were not allowed to telework at all during the pandemic.
